Since founding Naturally Delicious in 1997, chef and owner Loren Michelle has built a team of chefs and event planners who are passionate about serving great food and creating memorable moments. We take pride in customizing every detail to our clients’ taste and budget and producing parties where our clients feel as relaxed as their guests. We cater weddings, mitzvahs, non-profit and corporate events off premises and host chef table dinners and private social events in our Private Dining Room, Wine Tasting Room and Garden.

Since we first launched Naturally Delicious back in 1997 as a gourmet dinner delivery service, we have grown into a thriving boutique catering and event management company. Naturally Delicious is proud and committed to doing all we can to support the environment and limit our eco-footprint. We manage our resources and limit our waste and energy use. We compost, recycle and use only compostable, recycled paper goods. Our urban organic garden is truly local, and our trucks all have low carbon footprints.
CEO & Founder
Loren is a Culinary Arts Institute graduate who has worked in some of New York's finest restaurants, including the Quilted Giraffe, Gotham Bar & Grill, and the Water Club. Loren oversees all aspects of Naturally Delicious's food, creative design and service, and personally assures that every client has an unforgettable experience. A member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the National Restaurant Association, and an Alumni Grad of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business. Loren loves entertaining and hosting dinner parties and is a Park Slope resident. She also is an avid cyclist, runner and sailor.
Director of Sales & Events
Born and bred in Manhattan, Melissa combines an extensive background in media and entertainment marketing with a passion for food. At Naturally Delicious, she is The Director of Sales and Events and is responsible for cultivating industry partnerships and corporate relationships and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.
Senior Account Sales Manager
Originally from Nebraska and currently residing in Astoria, Jacob comes to Naturally Delicious with a background in film & theatre design as well as a variety of luxury fashion. He is passionate about connecting with clients to customize the perfect event experience. He has an impeccable design eye and loves looking at the big picture to help clients understand how to bring their vision to fruition. Also serving as the Beverage Director, Jacob is continually seeking delicious wines to share with our guests. He is inspired by minimalist beauty, seasonally driven Vegan cuisine, and the hunt for the best gluten free desserts.
Sales & Account Manager
Bertille is a native of Paris, France and a graduate of Grenoble Business School with an emphasis in business management. An absolute foodie she joined Curty’s a boutique catering company in Paris, planning corporate and social parties in the most beautiful and famous venues before moving to NYC. At Naturally Delicious Bertille is an energetic, creative Account Manager with a passion for customizing top notch events – especially corporate events as well as social parties within the French/American community. Bertille's creative management style is heavily influenced by her willingness to making certain each client’s vision is met. She believes in paramount organization and loves helping her clients. In her spare time, she loves to travel, knit, and seeks out the best hidden restaurant gems in Brooklyn.
Wedding Planner & Event Producer
Heather joined the team of event planners at Naturally Delicious in 2017 after working as an arts administrator and events producer at numerous non-profit theatres and organizations. She is excited to share her project management experience and meticulous attention to detail in helping her clients stay organized, all while having fun. Heather has a passion for food, events, volunteering and giving back. After planning her own wedding two years ago, Heather now looks forward to working with other couples and helping to create and plan the perfect day with them.
Event Planner & Producer
A graduate of the University of Florida, Ashlyn originally hails from the Eastern Coast of Florida. Since graduation she has worked at in such notable hotels as The Langham in NYC and The Willard InterContinental in DC. At Naturally Delicious, Ashlyn specializes in working with our clients to create unique social & corporate events ensuring that every detail is taken into consideration. She loves getting to know her clients vision and creating a perfect event that suits their style and goals. In her spare time, Ashlyn enjoys crafting, making customized party decorations and hosting dinner parties where she serves her own homemade Indian curry.
The PDR, Naturally Delicious’ jewel-like fine dining room, offers guests an elegant yet relaxed home away from home, the ideal setting in which to enjoy a private event or a specialized chef’s tasting menu.
This intimate space seats up to 18 for fully seated dinner parties and or up to 50 people for cocktail parties. During the warmer months the chefs urban organic garden is available for outdoor seating & cocktail parties. Enjoy an intimate dining experience which is a wonderful alternative to a busy restaurant for your rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bachelor/ette party, engagement party, and more!
