A Corporate Event Venue in Brooklyn That Doesn't Feel Like a Conference Room

Companies from Shopify to TEDx to IDEO have run events at 501 Union — not because it's a generic banquet space, but because it isn't one. The venue combines flexible, design-forward rooms with the practical logistics a corporate event actually needs: in-house A/V, dedicated staffing, and a layout that adapts from a seated all-hands to a standing product launch. Flexible layouts let the same building support a theatre-style keynote for 250, a seated dinner for up to 160, or a 400-person cocktail reception. In-house A/V includes an integrated sound system, three stereo XLR access points, independent volume control across the Lounge, Atrium, and Main Space, and a high-definition projector and screen. Every booking includes a dedicated venue manager, professional cleaning staff, and a doorman/security guard.
