To secure your date, we require a signed contract, a 50% venue deposit, and a $1,000 security deposit (refundable after your event).
We know things don’t always go as planned. Since we hold your date just for you, cancellations within 90 days of the event are subject to a fee based on how close we are to your date.
Yes. A day-of coordinator, event planner, or designated sober contact is required to manage vendors and event flow.
Yes. We require a certificate of insurance (COI) from every client and vendor working on-site.
Yes. Vendors must:
- Remove all décor and personal items
- Fold and stack tables and chairs (separating 501 Union rentals from others)Clear out the private suite
- Package Broadway Party Rental items and linens for pickup
- Clear food from the kitchen and bag all trash
Yes. A private suite with a restroom is located in the rear of the venue.
Vendor load-in begins at 9am and load-out can go until 2am. Events typically run 4.5–6 hours from guest arrival to bar close.
No. All beverage service is provided exclusively through our in-house bar program.
We offer bar packages, in-house tables and chairs, and basic A/V equipment.
Yes, the venue is fully ADA compliant.
Eight private, unisex, wheelchair-accessible restrooms: one in the lounge, six off the main space, and one in the private suite.
Yes, central heating and A/C are available in the lounge and main space. The covered atrium is not climate controlled.
Yes. Leashed pets are welcome during the ceremony with prior approval. We ask that pets return home after the ceremony.
Yes, but they must be enclosed in votives or lanterns. Open flames and taper candles are not allowed.
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, including in the covered atrium.
Yes! Both live music and DJs are welcome. An in-house audio technician may be required for live performances (additional fees apply).
